Insurance for LandLords
Landlord’s home property insurance is different by nature. All landlords will need to have insurance but contents insurance is obtainable to a varying degree depending how-well the property is equip.
Here are some of the additional selections available to landlords:
• Emergency Assistance – This will cover up the value of a contractor’s call-out up to a maximum limit for work done. But it will not cover incidents due tolack of routine maintenance.
• Legal Cover – Cover for legal cost in aide of issues such as tenants not paying rent, failure to leave a property or unauthorized inhabitants, etc.
• Rent Guarantee – the rental payment you are expecting if the tenant rejects to pay while the property is unoccupied is obtained and for three months until a new tenant is found.
